The Malaysian Most Stupid Finance Minister, Lim Guan Eng, is damn proud to boast that 5 car makes fell in price after SST (many others increased) that he issued a press statement to say this.
But when GST came into effect in April 2015, almost ALL car models fell in price. But unlike Guan Eng, DS Najib Tun Razak did not issue a press statement to praise himself.
