The crucial point now is how are they gonna do that without incurring further debts to the country. China, on the other hand, is waiting to see how they can offer a better contract for the ECRL if malaysia wanna forfeit the old contract.
As the contract has been awarded, China wants Malaysia to take up full responsibility if they wanna void the old contract n draft a new one to award to new contractors. China will not be the fool and will not budge."
