This type of stupid logic of lying played by Penang Chief Minister, Joseph Lim Guan Eng, shows how incompetent he is. I suspect he is suffering from a blame game brain disease. The land in questions are actually to big pieces of swamp land. It can't even call it land because the developer has to reclaim it from the sea at their own cost.
One is located off the Lim Chong Eu Expressway reclaimed by IJM and the other is the E&O project under Tanjong Pinang now know as Straits Quay. The former Barisan Nasional Penang Government sold at a minimal price since they bear all the cost of reclamation and in return they have to give about 200 acres of land back to the government, which Joseph Lim Guan Eng profited by selling to a crony company.
